Connected growth and marketing
When activity spans teams, channels, and markets, but its connection to enterprise priorities is unclear.
Advisory & capability-building
An advisory partner for leadership teams whose growth, transformation, and execution have outgrown how their decisions, people, and systems connect.
See the whole situation, connect what matters, and identify a useful next step.
Make the relationships visible.
Find the useful next step.
Designed for
Leadership teams carrying important work across organizational boundaries, especially when growth, transformation, and execution have outgrown the way decisions, teams, and operating rhythms connect.
A growth challenge may also be a decision challenge. A transformation may be slowed by unclear ownership, disconnected teams, or an operating rhythm that cannot keep pace.
Miranda Rise brings a connected strategic and operating perspective, helping leaders see the whole, connect what matters, and build the confidence and capability to move.
Miranda Rise is designed for challenges that cross functions and resist a one-part answer. The work begins with the situation, not a fixed service menu.
When activity spans teams, channels, and markets, but its connection to enterprise priorities is unclear.
When leaders face competing priorities or an important decision without a shared view of the system around it.
When teams are working hard but lack shared ownership, decision rhythm, or confidence in how to carry the work forward.
Connected Clarity is a developing way of looking at complex leadership situations. It asks what is related, what is misaligned, what is missing, and what becomes possible when the system can be seen as a whole.
Bring the situation. We will clarify what is happening, identify the relationships affecting progress, and determine whether Miranda Rise can contribute a useful next step.
Name what is happening, what feels stuck, and why the work matters now.
Look across the decisions, people, information, priorities, and operating realities involved.
Determine whether there is a fit and what would create practical movement.

The next useful step
Bring the situation. In the first conversation, we will clarify what is happening, identify the relationships affecting progress, and determine whether Miranda Rise can contribute a useful next step.
Working together
The first conversation is exploratory. It should make the situation more understandable and determine whether a useful next step exists.
Miranda Rise is designed for important work that crosses functions and resists a one-part answer. That may include growth, transformation, operating clarity, capability, AI-enabled work, or a decision that has become difficult to move because the surrounding relationships are unclear.
The shape follows the situation. Work may begin with a focused working session, continue as a defined advisory project, or develop into an ongoing advisory rhythm when continuity would be useful. The first conversation is used to determine whether there is a fit before a form is proposed.
There is no standard duration. A bounded question may need a short, concentrated piece of work. A situation involving several teams, decisions, or operating systems may require a longer rhythm. Scope and timing are made explicit before work begins.
Fees are scoped to the work rather than published as a fixed menu. A proposal would define the intended contribution, working rhythm, responsibilities, timing, and fee so the basis of the engagement is clear.
Both are possible. The right format depends on the people involved, the kind of working session required, and where direct presence would materially improve the work. A blended rhythm may be useful for some situations.
Miranda Rise is founder-led. Joe Martiniello remains directly accountable for the thinking, working relationship, and contribution. If complementary expertise is ever useful, that need would be discussed openly rather than presented as an existing team.
